Dr. Norman Bleistein, co-founder of the Center for Wave Phenomena, has passed away. He was 83. Dr. Bleistein was a leading geophysicist who was greatly appreciated by many students and colleagues in the field. He founded the CWP with colleagues Jack Cohen, John DeSanto, and Frank Hagin.
